Cut it into sticks. Set aside.<\/p>\n<p>Beat the egg on a small plate. Set aside.<\/p>\n<p>Combine the panko (about 2\/3 cup), the lemon zest and the parmesan cheese. Season generously with salt and pepper. Set aside.<\/p>\n<p>Heat the oven to 450 \u00b0 F (230 \u00b0 C).<\/p>\n<p>Dip one stick at a time in the egg, then coat it in the mixture of panko.
