{"id":1874,"date":"2021-11-19T00:00:10","date_gmt":"2021-11-19T05:00:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/unisoya.wpenginepowered.com\/?p=1874"},"modified":"2021-11-18T09:23:43","modified_gmt":"2021-11-18T14:23:43","slug":"tofu-cassoulet","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/unisoya.com\/en\/recipes\/tofu-cassoulet\/","title":{"rendered":"Tofu Cassoulet"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div><p>By La Vie dans mon assiette<br \/>\n<strong>In collaboration with Unisoya<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Tofu marinade:<\/u><\/strong> (2 portions):<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd a package of Unisoya tofu with vegetables, 454 g<\/p>\n<p>2 tablespoons maple syrup<\/p>\n<p>1 tablespoon soy sauce<\/p>\n<p>1 teaspoon liquid smoke<\/p>\n<p>1 teaspoon garlic powder<\/p>\n<p>1 cup white beans<\/p>\n<p>2 sliced carrots, in rounds<\/p>\n<p>\u00be cup halved cherry tomatoes<\/p>\n<p>1 chopped onion<\/p>\n<p>3 garlic cloves, chopped<\/p>\n<p>3 tablespoons of duck fat (or olive oil)<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc cup chicken broth (or vegetable broth)<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc cup white wine<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc cup chopped Italian parsley<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc cup chopped cilantro<\/p>\n<p>2 sprigs of thyme<\/p>\n<p>1 bay leaf<\/p>\n<p>Salt<\/p>\n<p>Pepper<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cut the block of tofu into cubes. Prepare the tofu mix, add thepieces, and let marinate for 2 hours (or up to 24 hours for more flavor).<\/p>\n<p>Cut the vegetables and add them to a tagine with the tofu on top and the herbs throughout.
