Add tofu and spices and mix well. Add the milk and continue cooking until the liquid evaporates. Set aside.<\/p>\n<p>Serve with toasted and buttered bagels, a green salad drizzled with olive oil, avocado slices and tomato slices. Pour a dash of maple syrup over scrambled tofu (optional).
