{"id":2855,"date":"2023-12-18T05:00:12","date_gmt":"2023-12-18T10:00:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/unisoya.wpenginepowered.com\/?p=2855"},"modified":"2023-12-05T11:01:09","modified_gmt":"2023-12-05T16:01:09","slug":"rustic-tart-with-goats-cheese-squash-grilled-almonds-tofu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/unisoya.com\/en\/recipes\/rustic-tart-with-goats-cheese-squash-grilled-almonds-tofu\/","title":{"rendered":"Rustic tart with goat\u2019s cheese, squash, grilled almonds &#038; tofu"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div><p><em>By Life on my plate<\/em><br \/>\n<em>In collaboration with Unisoya<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you need<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ingredients (6 to 8 servings)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the tofu:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00bc 454 g package of plain Unisoya tofu, drained and crumbled<\/p>\n<p>1 tablespoon maple syrup<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00bd tbsp tamari sauce<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd teaspoon garlic powder<\/p>\n<p>A pinch of Cajun spices, to taste<\/p>\n<p>Salt and pepper<\/p>\n<p>1 tablespoon butter<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the squash:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00bd delicata squash, thinly halved<\/p>\n<p>1 tablespoon olive oil<\/p>\n<p>Salt pepper<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the pie:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 store-bought shortcrust pastry<\/p>\n<p>1 French shallot, minced<\/p>\n<p>1 clove of garlic, chopped<\/p>\n<p>Ten toasted and roughly crushed almonds<\/p>\n<p>About 100 g goat cheese<\/p>\n<p>2 tablespoons homemade or store-bought pesto<\/p>\n<p>1 green onion, sliced \u200b\u200b(green part)<\/p>\n<p>Maple syrup<\/p>\n<p>Salt<\/p>\n<p>Mill pepper<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Prepare the tofu mixture and let marinate on the counter for 20 minutes or more.<\/p>\n<p>Cut the squash lengthwise. Use one half by cutting off the ends. Remove the seeds using a spoon. Cut slices of approximately 1 cm. Transfer the squash to a bowl. Add the olive oil, salt and pepper then coat the pieces well.<\/p>\n<p>In a baking tray covered with parchment paper, place the squash mixture. Bake at 400\u00b0F for 15 minutes and turn the pieces halfway through cooking. To book.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, heat a pan with the butter and add the tofu. Cook over medium heat for 6 to 10 minutes, stirring, or until the pieces are nicely toasted. To book. Add the shallot and garlic and mix.<\/p>\n<p>On the same baking sheet, with new paper, place the dough, prick it with a fork in a few places and brush it with pesto. Spread squash, tofu mixture and goat cheese. Salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<p>Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0F or until the pie is golden brown.<\/p>\n<p>To serve, add the almonds and green onions then pour in a dash of maple syrup.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Enjoy your food !!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By Life on my plate In collaboration with Unisoya &nbsp;
