Banh Mi with tofu

 What you need

Marinade for the tofu (4 portions):

1 package of 300 g Unisoya tofu with ginger

1 teaspoon maple syrup

1 teaspoon hoisin sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon tamari sauce

1 teaspoon sambal oelek

1 teaspoon mirin sauce

1 teaspoon of organic ginger *

Freshly ground pepper

*Organic ginger is much stronger, therefore if you are using regular ginger, you may choose to increase the amount.


Items needed:

1 baguette


Julienne cucumber

Julienned carrot

Julienne radish


Italian parsley


Green onions

*We let you prepare the quantities of toppings at your convenience, but the more the sandwich is loaded, the better it will be


Dressing (4 servings):

4 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon sriracha sauce

1 tablespoon of water
