Beet, couscous and grilled tofu Salad

What you need (2  servings)                                                   

Marinate the tofu:

1/2 pack of Unisoya organic tofu with fine herbs cut into triangles

1/2 tablespoon maple syrup

1/2 tablespoon hoisin sauce

1/2 tablespoon sesame oil

1/2 tablespoon tamari sauce

1 teaspoon organic ginger*

Pepper from the mill

*Organic precision of the ginger makes it much stronger, so if you use regular ginger, you may want to increase the amount.


Salad dressing :

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 teaspoon maple syrup

1 teaspoon tamari sauce

1 teaspoon old-fashioned mustard

Juice and zest of 1/2 organic lemon*

1 teaspoon organic ginger


* Organic precision increases when each part of the lemon is used, it is recommended to buy organic lemons to avoid consuming zest with chemicals.



1/2 cup couscous

3/4 cup water

1 1/2 teaspoon « Herbes Salées du Bas-du-Fleuve »

1 teaspoon olive oil
