Chinese Tofu fondue

What you need:

Marinade for the tofu (4 portions):

1 package of 454 g Unisoya tofu with fine herbs

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon maple syrup

¼ teaspoon liquid smoke

Freshly ground pepper


The instructions:

Cut the block of tofu into cubes. Prepare the tofu marinade, add the pieces of tofu, and let sit for 2 hours (or 24 hours for more flavor).

Dip in a good hot homemade Chinese fondue broth and some of your favorite fondue dips, such as aioli or curry and honey sauce.
