Ingredients :
- 1 package Regular Tofu
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 ½ tablespoon soya sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Instruction :
- Pre-heat oven at 350º F
- Slice the tofu thinly lengthwise
- Cut the tofu into triangles and place them on a baking sheet lined with paper towel or a clean dish cloth
- Cover the tofu with the paper towel or dish towel and place a heavy object on top for 10 minutes to remove the water from the tofu
- Meanwhile in a small bowl, mix the olive oil, soya sauce and garlic together
- In another bowl, mix the flour, salt and pepper together
- Remove the paper towel or dish cloth from the baking sheet
- Dip the tofu triangles into the olive oil sauce
- Dip the tofu triangles into the flour mixture making sure they are well coated and then place them back onto the baking sheet
- Pour a little olive oil over the triangles
