Mediterranean Bowl with Tofu Hummus

Préparation

In the food processor, crumble the tofu.

Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

Season with pepper generously. Season with salt to the besoin.

Mix the ingredients bowl, except avocado.

Cut a few slice(s) the baguette, about 4 par personne. Grill in a skillet over medium-low heat. Huiler, season with salt and pepper two sides.

Assemble the plates in spreading hummus at the bottom, in ajoutant the mixture to salad, in garnissant avocado and in accompagnant croutons.
