Pumpkin Pancakes with Scrambled Tofu, Peas & Cottage Cheese
Préparation
Mix the tofu crumbled in a bowl with the remaining ingredients, sauf the French shallot.
Heat a dricezle canola oil in a non-stick skillet and y attendrir the French shallot. Add the tofu. Cook over medium heat about 5 minutes stirring, or until the pieces are well browned. Set aside.
In a bowl, whiskter the milk, the purée citrouille, l'egg and the butter melted (warm).
In a second bowl, mix the ingredients dry, y compris the spices.
Add the sauce in the mixture dry without too much Stir. Set aside., and Let rest 5 to 10 minutes.
Heat over medium heat a small non-stick skillet and place a noisette butter for graisser the surface.
For a halves mixture on each side skillet. Cook until bulles apparaissent, is about 5 to 8 minutes. Flip the pancake and cook still 2 minutes.
To serve, add the remaining ingredients.
