Spinach, Lemon, Parmesan and Crispy Tofu French Toast

Préparation

Grate the tofu. Mix in a bowl with the cornstarch, green onion, the muscade and a pinch salt.

Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a non-stick skillet and add the mixture tofu. Cook over medium heat for 8–12 minutes stirring, or until the pieces are well crispy. Season with pepper. Transfer in a bowl and set aside.

Grill the two pains. The butterr then two sides.

In a bowl, mix the spinach the zeste lemon and the Parmesan. Y craquer 3 eggs and mix roughly (pas too much, afin keep effet marbled jaune d'egg).

In the same skillet initial, place the two pains. Add the mixture d'eggs. Cook over medium-low heat until the preparation is cookede.

Place in a plate, add the tofu and for a dricezle maple syrup. Season with pepper, and add the muscade to the besoin.
