Tofu & Vegetable Bagel
Préparation
Cut the tofu block into thin slices, about the thickness of bacon. The thinner the slices, the crispier the tofu will be. Prepare the tofu mixture, add the pieces, and let marinate for 2 hours (or 24 hours for more flavor).
In a large non-stick skillet oiled, sauté the tofu and bell pepper on each side. Cook for about 6 minutes or until the pieces are golden, making sure to flip them. Set aside.
Spread cream cheese and hummus on the bagels, so that the two open halves on the plates. Add a few spinach, the bell pepper and the tofu slices. Then Add a few feuilles Italian parsley. Season with pepper.
Serve with a soupe, a salad and/or croustilles natures(optional).
