Wrap with grilled vegetables, hummus & tofu

Préparation

Cut the tofu block into thin slices and marinate in the mixture for 2 hours (or 24 hours for more flavor).

Cook the drained tofu in a non-stick skillet with oil for about 6–8 minutes or until the pieces are golden, and flip halfway. Set aside.

Sauté the vegetables.

In a skillet ridged and oiled lightly, for add effet grillade on BBQ, place a wrap to the times and the Top with ingredients. Close the wrap and use a cure-dent to the besoin.

Serve hot with olives.
