Autumn Spice Pumpkin Tart with Tofu Crumble
Préparation
Suivre the consignes a puff pastry and place in a moule to tarte. Piquer the dough at the bottom to plusieurs reprises to aide a fork.
In a bowl, whiskter the eggs, the flour and the maple syrup until obtaining a mixture smooth. Add the cream, the purée citrouille and the spices then well Mix.
For the mixture on the dough to tarte.
Cook in the oven at 375 °F for about 30–40 minutes or until the dough is grillede. Then set aside. on the counter.
Meanwhile, in a skillet, mix the ingredients to crumble, to exception sucre maple. Cook about 6 minutes or until the mixture is golden.
Distribute on the tarte, add sucre maple to taste and a few gouttes cream.
