Brunch plate of scrambled tofu
Préparation
The instructions
Heat a dash of canola oil in a nonstick skillet and soften the French shallot.
Add tofu and spices and mix well.
Add the milk and continue cooking until the liquid evaporates.
Set aside.
Serve with toasted and buttered bagels, a green salad drizzled with olive oil, avocado slices and tomato slices.
Pour a dash of maple syrup over scrambled tofu (optional).
Salt and pepper, to taste.
