Kaffir Lime Tofu Satay with Peanut Sauce

Drain the tofu and Cut in sticks lengthwise. Mix in a dish airtight with the remaining ingredients to marinade. Let mariner 24 hours (for more flavor) in the refrigerator or 20 minutes on the counter.

Make the sauce in a pot and the bring to a boil. Set aside.

Piquer the sticks tofu on brochettes. Heat vegetable oil in a ridged non-stick skillet. Drain the tofu (conserver the marinade) and cook over medium heat about 2 minutes par side or until the pieces are well browned. Transfer the sticks in a plate and the masser restant seasoning to tofu.

Serve with the sauce and sprinkle zeste lime (optional).

Season with salt and pepper.
