Orange, Ginger & Tamari Marinated Tofu

Préparation

Drain the tofu and Cut the bloc into triangles of about 1 cm thick. Mix in a dish airtight with the remaining ingredients to marinade.

Let mariner 4 to 24 hours (for more flavor) in the refrigerator.

Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet. Drain the tofu triangles (conserver the marinade) and the sprinkle lightly cornstarch for accentuer effet grilled. Cook over medium heat for 8–12 minutes or until the pieces are well browned, making sure to flip them halfway through cooking.

Meanwhile, sauté onion in a other skillet and add then the marinade. Add 1/4 cup cream Cooking. Reduce lightly.

Add the tofu to the mixture marinade and coat pieces well.

Serve on a basmati rice and a wilted spinach.
