Swiss fondue & allspice tofu sticks

Préparation

Cut the tofu into sticks. Mix in a bowl with the cornstarch, the allspice and the salt. Then pepper generously.

Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a non-stick skillet and add the tofu pieces. Cook over medium heat for 8–12 minutes stirring, or until the pieces are well browned.

Serve with a melted suisse sprinkled muscade, bread aux fruits and multigrains, style «Raincoast», raisins, apples, cherry tomatoes, pears, cauliflower …
