Préparation

Make the marinade.

Cut the vegetables into pieces.

In bowl, mix the vegetables and the tofu with the marinade and cover. Let marinate in the refrigerator about 4 hours or more for more flavor.

Make the brochettes in making sure coller a French shallot contre the tofu for more flavor.

In a ridged non-stick skillet, over medium-low heat, heat a little oil and add the brochettes. Cook on each side until the pieces are well cookeds and grilleds. Si your barbecue est sorti, feel free to Cook on the grill.
