Tofu Shish Taouk or Tabbouleh

Préparation

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients tabbouleh. Set aside.

Grate the tofu. Mix in a bowl with the cornstarch, the tamari sauce, the lemon juice and the chilis.

Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet and add the tofu pieces. Cook over medium heat for 6–10 minutes stirring, or until the pieces are well browned. Set aside.

Serve together in a bread pita or in a naan bread to garlic in ajoutant the cream sure. Ou well manger in tabbouleh sprinkled tofu simply.
