Veggie burger ball with tofu
Préparation
1. (This recipe can be made in a food processor, with a fork or by hand, mashing the mixture well.) Crumble the tofu and place in a large bowl.
2. Add the eggs, mixing everything together.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients except the oil, then stir until you get a smooth, even sticky mixture.
4. Shape 5 balls and then press them, taking care to respect the size of the buns you have chosen.
5. Pour the vegetable oil into a large skillet and heat to a medium temperature.
6. Add the meatballs and grill them 5 minutes per side or until cooked through and golden.
7. Assemble the burgers. * This recipe will not freeze well as it tends to crumble.
