Lemon Parmesan Tofu Sticks
Préparation
Pat dry the bloc tofu. Cut into sticks. Set aside.
Battre l'egg in a small plate. Set aside.
Mix in a plate the panko breadcrumbs (about 2/3 cups), the zeste lemon and the Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper generously. Set aside.
Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
Dip a sticks to the time in l'egg, then coat in the mixture panko breadcrumbs. Proceed to l'step complete all the sticks.
Place the sticks on a plaque Cooking lined a parchment paper, and put in the oven about 15 minutes or until the sticks are golden.
Remove oven and place the sticks in a dish serving in the accompagnant a cartier lemon
Serve with the mayonnaise of your choice.
