Cajun Spiced Tofu Fries
Préparation
Cut the tofu into juliennes and pat dry the pieces.
Mix the juliennes tofu with the starch and 1 tablespoon d'spices cajun. Heat oil in a non-stick skillet and add the tofu. Cook over medium heat for 8–12 minutes stirring, or until the pieces are well browned. Set aside.
In a plate serving, place the juliennes still chaudes. Sprinkle green onions or chives.
Serve with a mayonnaise traditionnelle, to l'maple, to the curry or to the lime.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve to appetizer.
