Edamame, Tofu & Fresh Coriander Vinaigrette Salad
Préparation
Cut the tofu into cubes. In bowl, mix the ingredients to tofu and add then the cubes. Let marinate for more flavor.
In a non-stick skillet, over medium heat, heat a little oil and add the tofu pieces. Cook on each side until the pieces are well browned. Set aside on a plate.
Make the dressing and the Blend for obtain a texture smooth.
Place the vegetables in a plate serving, add the tofu and for the dressing.
Add the fresh coriander.
