Linguini with Mushrooms & Tofu
Préparation
Mix the tofu cubes with the remaining ingredients, except oil.
In a skillet, over medium heat, sauté the mushrooms and garlic with olive oil until the all is lightly grilled (attention for do not burn garlic). Set aside.
Sauté the tofu cubes in a skillet oiled. Cook over medium heat for 6–10 minutes stirring, or until the pieces are well browned. Set aside.
Cook the pasta for qu'elles are al dente. Drain and return in the pot. Add the butter and coat pasta well. For the sauce and coat a times more the pasta.
Serve the pasta in plates. Add the mushrooms and the tofu grilled. Top with fresh thymee and white sesame seeds. Season with pepper.
