Onion, Three-Cheese & Tofu Quiche
Préparation
Cut the tofu block into thin slices, about the thickness of bacon, then concasser for obtain small pieces. The thinner the slices, the crispier the tofu will be. Prepare the tofu mixture, add the pieces, and let marinate for 2 hours (or 24 hours for more flavor).
Cook the tofu in a non-stick skillet with oil for about 6 minutes or until the pieces are golden, making sure to flip them. Set aside.
In a non-stick skillet, sweat the onions and the French shallot 3 minutes with a dricezle of olive oil. Add garlic and poursuivre the Cooking 1 minutes. Set aside.
In a bowl, whiskter the eggs and add the cream. Add the halves tofu. Season with salt and pepper.
In your container ovenproof, place the dough and Brush mustard. Spread the halves cheese grated, the mixture onion and the mixture d'eggs. Add the rest cheese.
Cook about 30 to 40 minutes at 350°F or until the quiche is golden.
To serve, add the restant tofu and a few feuilles sauge.
