Pasta with Avocado Cream and Black Garlic Caramelized Tofu
Préparation
For the tofu :
Cut the tofu block into medium-sized cubes. Let marinate 2 hours (or 24 hours for more flavor), or about 30 minutes on the counter for a menu rapide.
Cook the drained tofu in a non-stick skillet with canola oil for about 8 minutes or until the pieces are golden, and flip halfway. Remove the pieces and set aside.
In a blender, blend all the sauce until obtaining a r ingredients result smooth. Set aside.
Cook the pasta for qu'elles areal dente, add to the sauce and coat all well.
Serve the pasta in bowls-plates and add the tofu grilled. Add herbes fresh or sprouts and the feta. Season with pepper.
