Quiche with peas, feta & tofu
Préparation
Cut the tofu block into thin slices, about the thickness of bacon, then concasser for obtain small pieces. The thinner the slices, the crispier the tofu will be. Prepare the tofu mixture, add the pieces, and let marinate for 2 hours (or 24 hours for more flavor), or simply 20 minutes at room temperature.
Cook the tofu in a non-stick skillet with oil for about 6 minutes or until the pieces are golden, making sure to flip them. Set aside.
In a non-stick skillet, sweat onion 3 minutes with a dricezle of olive oil. Set aside.
In a bowl, whiskter the eggs. Add the bette to carde, the small pois, the tofu and the cheese grated. Season with salt and pepper.
In your container ovenproof, place the dough and, for avoid que the dough gonfle to the Cooking, the piquer to aide a fork. Brush the bottom pesto. Spread the mixture and the feta.
Cook about 30 to 40 minutes at 350°F or until the quiche is golden.
