Winter Vegetable Tofu Buddha Bowl
Préparation
Let marinate the tofu on the counter with son mixture ingredients for the preparation and the coupe ingredients (or 24 hours for more flavor).
Prepare the remaining ingredients.
In a non-stick skillet, sauté for about 1 minutes the cabbage thinly sliced with a dricezle of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside on a bowl.
Cook the nouilles in a water salted like mentioned on emballage for qu'elles areal dente.
Prepare the dressing.
Cook the drained tofu in a non-stick skillet with oil for about 4–6 minutes or until the pieces are golden, and flip halfway. Add the marinade and reduce lightly. Set aside.
Assemble the bowls par sections ingredients, dricezle dressing and serve.
Season with pepper.
