Crispy Cucumber, Green Apple, Tofu & Tarragon Bites
Préparation
Cut the tofu into squares a thickness 2 mm for Cover the dimension a rounds cucumber. In bowl, mix the tofu to sesame oil, the maple syrup and the tamari sauce. Let marinate for more flavor.
In a non-stick skillet, over medium heat, heat a little oil and add the tofu pieces. Cook on each side until the pieces are well browned. Set aside on a plate.
Mix the cottage with the lemon. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut a few mini-juliennes apple verte (about ¼ apple).
On the rounds cucumber, place the tofu, the mixture cottage, the apple verte and a few brins tarragon. Season with pepper.
Place in a plate serving.
