Butternut Mac & Cheese with Tofu
Préparation
Mix the tofu in a bowl with the ingredients, and let marinate for 2 hours (or 24 hours for more flavor).
Cook the pasta for qu'elles are al dente. Drain.
Heat a dricezle vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet and add the tofu pieces. Cook over medium heat for 6–10 minutes stirring, or until the pieces are lightly grilleds. Set aside.
In the same pot que the pasta, with a dricezle oil, cook onion about 3–4 minutes over medium heat and complete the Cooking a minutes more with garlic. Add the butter over medium-low heat. Add the flour stirring for a minutes. Add the milk and bring to a boil stirring still, with a whisk. Remove heat.
Add the squash in purée and 1/2 cup cheese. Add the dry mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the pasta and the halves tofu and coat well.
Serve in bowls-plates and add the restant cheese and the tofu grilled. Add herbes fresh, telles que the chives and thyme, and graines mustard for a taste more pronounced(optional). Season with pepper.
