Mexican-Style Stuffed Lettuce with Tofu
Préparation
Prepare the tofu mixture, add the pieces, and let marinate for 20 minutes on the counter (or 24 hours for more flavor).
Prepare the mixture to sour cream and the garnitures.
Add the cornstarch to the tofu.
Cook the tofu in a non-stick skillet with 2 tablespoons vegetable oil about for 10 minutes stirring often or until the pieces are golden and crispy.
Top with the feuilles lettuce. Serve with the lime.
