Préparation

Cut the tofu block into small triangles of about 1 cm thick. Prepare the mixture, add the tofu, and let marinate for 20 minutes on the counter.

Cook the tofu (with the marinade) in a non-stick skillet with 1 tablespoon vegetable oil for about 2–3 minutes or until the pieces are golden, then flip and cook on the other side. Set aside.
