Brunch plate of scrambled tofu

Assiette brunch de tofu brouille

What you need:

Ingredients (4 servings)

For the tofu:

Finely chopped French shallot

½ cup milk

1 package Unisoya Regular tofu (454g), drained and crumbled

1 tablespoon nutritional yeast

1 pinch ground cumin seeds

1 pinch turmeric

1 tsp chilli

1 tsp garlic

1 teaspoon salted herbs

Ground pepper

Canola oil


4 toasted bagels


2 sliced ​​avocados

Sliced ​​grape or cherry tomatoes

Sprouts, arugula or other salad greens

Olive oil

Maple syrup (optional)




The instructions

Heat a dash of canola oil in a nonstick skillet and soften the French shallot. Add tofu and spices and mix well. Add the milk and continue cooking until the liquid evaporates. Set aside.

Serve with toasted and buttered bagels, a green salad drizzled with olive oil, avocado slices and tomato slices. Pour a dash of maple syrup over scrambled tofu (optional). Salt and pepper, to taste.
