Chocolate & coconut tofu mousse

Mousse de tofu chocolat & coco

What you need

(Yield: 1 generous serving or 2 small servings)



¼ package of Unisoya regular tofu of 454 g

4 tablespoons coconut milk (ideally half liquid, half cream)

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1 tablespoon cocoa

¼ teaspoon vanilla

1 pinch sea salt


The instructions

Grind the tofu in a blender.  Add the rest of the ingredients and blend for a few minutes, until smooth.

with a smooth texture. Pour into verrines (or small glass cup).

Freeze for about 10 minutes (optional).

When serving, add a few shavings of chocolate (dark, milk or white) and fresh mint leaves. You can also add your favorite fruit , coconut, maple flakes or fleur de sel.
