Ingredients:
½ package of Unisoya tofu of 454 g
½ carrot
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon garlic powder
About 8 fresh mint leaves
About 4 sprigs fresh cilantro
3 sprigs fresh chives
1 teaspoon nutritional yeast
1 pinch salt
Ground pepper
The instructions
In a food processor, crumble the tofu.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
Pepper and salt.
Serve for breakfast, with crackers or on toast.
